1. Content checking

2. Unpacking the printer

3. Connection using power cord

4. Control panel settings

Switch on the printer after making the power cord connections. In the control panel, click the down arrow. You will notice the appearance of many languages. Select one language you wish and confirm it by pressing OK.

 Click the down arrow again on the control panel. This time you have to set the country and  region. You will see the Set Country/Region meu and select your country and region. Confirm by pressing OK.

5. Ink cartridge installation

Keep your hands on both sides of the cartridge access door and then raise the ink cartridge access door until it locks into place. You have to remain quiet for the printer to become idle and silent.

Touch only the black plastic in the cartridge and remove one ink cartridge from the package. The plastic tape in the ink cartridge should be removed. Then lift up the ink cartridge slot and hold them by their sides with nozzles towards the printer.

Press the ink cartridge forward to keep it in its place. Close the ink cartridge slot after inserting the ink cartridge in its place. Close the cartridge access door and follow the onscreen instructions to print the alignment page and complete HP OfficeJet 7110 e-All-in-One Printer installation process.

6. Paper loading in main tray

To load the paper into the tray, you have to open the input tray door. After opening the input tray door, extend the input tray by pulling it towards yourself. After pulling the input tray extender, lift up the paper catch and slide the paper width guide.

Then load a stack of paper into the main input tray. Push it into the tray and rest the paper width guides against the edges of the paper. Push the input tray forward until it gets into place to avoid the error message

7. Ink cartridge alignment

After installing the ink cartridge, an alignment page will be printed by the printer. Eject the alignment page to continue your printing process. If the printer did not print an alignment page, use the control panel to align the ink cartridges.

Press the down arrow in the control panel and click the Tools option after scrolling down and click OK. Press the down arrow and click the Align Printer after scrolling down and click Ok. Now your printer will print an alignment page

8. Software installation

To install the software visit the website http://123.hp.com/OJ7110. This website has the most current version of the printers.
